BTEB Admission Circular 2026-2027 Schedule Published 27 August 2026
Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) published the 2026-2027 1st-part admission schedule on 27 August 2026, signed by Engr. Animesh Pal, Director (Curriculum). (a) Government 4-year diploma programmes (Tourism & Hospitality Management, Engineering, Marine Engineering, Textile Engineering, Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry, Livestock): online application 29 August–18 September 2026; admit card download 21–25 September; admission test 26 September (10:00–11:00 AM); 1st-phase result 29 September, confirmation 29 September–1 October, migration 2 October; 2nd-phase (waiting list) result 2 October, confirmation 3–4 October, migration 5 October; students unable to confirm from phase 1/2, and waiting-list students, revise preferences via user login 5–6 October; 3rd-phase result 7 October, confirmation 7–8 October; final confirmed list of all 3 phases published 9 October; physical admission at the institute 10–11 October; classes begin 11 October 2026 (Sunday). (b) Private 4-year diploma programmes (Engineering/Textile Engineering/Agriculture/Fisheries): a single combined window for online application, confirmation and institutional admission runs 29 August–11 October 2026, with rolling SMS-based results as seats become available; classes begin 11 October 2026. (c) 2-year HSC (Vocational), HSC (BMT), Diploma-in-Commerce and Certificate in Marine (1st year): a combined window for application, confirmation and admission runs 29 August–23 September 2026; classes begin 23 September 2026 (Wednesday). 'O' Level students not yet in the board's database must submit equivalence documents at Room 706, BTEB's Building 2, at least 2 days before the application deadline; blank-form admission is not available for 2026-2027. - 41st-phase result: 29 September 2026. Confirm by 1 October 2026, then migration on 2 October 2026.
- 52nd-phase (waiting list) result: 2 October 2026. Confirm by 4 October 2026, then migration on 5 October 2026.
- 6If not confirmed in phase 1/2, or still on the waiting list, revise your preferences via user login 5–6 October 2026.

- Pay fee using the designated bKash biller ID or Rocket bill pay.
- Use SSC Board, Year, and Roll to generate the transaction ID.

🪪 Confirmation Steps
- Log in to btebadmission.gov.bd with your SSC roll and board.
- Check your result — if seats remain, results are also sent by SMS.
- Pay the confirmation fee as soon as you get the SMS/result to complete confirmation.
- Complete physical admission at the institute within 7 working days of confirmation, submitting your original SSC marksheet, 3 recent photos and testimonial/photocopy.

⚠️ Warnings
- If you don't confirm within your phase window and remain on the waiting list, you must revise your preferences via user login (5–6 October 2026) to remain eligible.
- A confirmed student on the Confirmed List cannot re-confirm at another institute in the same academic year, or their registration is void.
- Physical admission must be completed within 7 working days of confirmation, or the confirmation is cancelled.
