Polytechnic Admission Schedule 2026-2027 Published 27 August 2026

BTEB published the 2026-2027 admission schedule for 4-year Diploma in Engineering programmes (government and private polytechnics) on 27 August 2026: online application 29 August–18 September; admit card download 21–25 September; admission test 26 September (10:00–11:00 AM); 1st-phase result 29 September (confirm by 1 October); 2nd-phase (waiting list) result 2 October (confirm by 4 October) and 3rd-phase result 7 October (confirm by 8 October), if seats remain; physical admission at the institute 10–11 October; classes begin 11 October 2026.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

SSC pass with minimum GPA 3.00 (Math minimum 3.00).

  • Quota seats follow BTEB rules.

  2. 2Download the admit card between 21–25 September 2026.
  3. 3Sit the admission test on 26 September 2026, 10:00–11:00 AM.
  4. 4Check the 1st-phase result on 29 September 2026 and confirm by 1 October 2026 (2nd & 3rd-phase results follow on 2 and 7 October if seats remain).
  5. 5Complete physical admission at the institute on 10–11 October 2026.

  1. Log in to the BTEB portal with your SSC roll and board.
  2. Confirm your allotted institute/trade as soon as you get the result/SMS.
  3. Pay the confirmation fee and print the slip.
  4. Complete physical admission at the institute within 7 working days.

  • Missing your confirmation window cancels your selection unless you revise preferences via user login (5–6 October 2026).
